Path to Resilience

Each chapter is divided into three sections—Playbook, Practice, and Game

Plan. The Playbook explains the chapter’s central idea, presents real world

examples, and offers techniques you can learn and apply. In Practice, you’ll

apply the techniques to realistic scenarios. At the end of each chapter, you’ll

complete a Game Plan, reflecting on what you’ve learned and how you might

use that learning in your daily life.
